SUNNYBROOK MEMBERSHIP PLANS

current as of December 19,2023

NOTE:  Membership was closed as of October 1, 2020.  We have reached our target capacity of 240 members and will not be accepting new members until we drop below that number.

Persons seeking membership will be placed on a waiting list.  Currently there are 14 names on that list.   A realistic expectation is that an opening will not become available until spring of 2025, though that cannot be guaranteed.

A $100.00 deposit is required to have one’s name added to the list.  This non-refundable deposit will be credited towards the initiation cost when the perspective new member joins.  As openings appear, persons from the list will be offered the opportunity to join.  If they decline the invitation, they will be dropped to the bottom of the list.  Call Doug at the club to get full details.

Sunnybrook has a variety of plans available to accommodate every perspective member. Class of membership is based on the distance a member lives from the club.  Cost of membership and yearly dues are staggered, based on the theory that members living closer to the club will be able to gain a greater benefit from the club. Memberships are for individuals and their immediate families and are non transferable.  Immediate family members are considered spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 and still living at home.  Memberships have no equity value and do not give the member a voice in the decision making process of the club. Sunnybrook does not sell corporate memberships.

Semi annual dues of $850.00 are required every six months to maintain the membership. The semi annual dues are billed on January 1st and July 1st. Resident members may earn up to $200 .00 of “earned dues credit” semi annually for purchases made at club events, in the bar, lodge, restaurant or as guest fees.  Resident members that earn their full “earned dues credit” are able to reduce their semi annual dues to $650.00.
