The Farrell House is an 1890s replica of a southern mansion tempered by a gracious lifestyle. A fully-updated 1940's American colonial home, it is an ideal getaway retreat located in Sandusky, Ohio at Sunnybrook Trout Club.

The stream surges directly from deep beneath the ground at a place five miles upstream called the `Blue Hole, a large spring which, mysteriously, seems to have no bottom. Trout were first stocked in the clear waters of Cold Creek in 1873 and have thrived ever since.
